1. Overview & Eligibility

• Platform Ownership: This website and online store are operated by Usedon (usedon.in). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Usedon.

• User Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian and are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.

2. Products, Refurbished Grading & Pricing

• Refurbished Nature: Unless explicitly stated as "Brand New", all devices listed on the platform are certified refurbished, pre-owned, or factory recertified. Units undergo multi-point hardware diagnostics and grading. Minor cosmetic signs of handling (e.g., light scuffs not affecting screen panels or core operations) may exist and do not constitute defective items.

• Pricing & Inaccuracies: Prices, component availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for absolute accuracy, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous specifications due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item.

• Taxes & GST Invoicing: All listed prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout. Corporate buyers must enter a valid GSTIN during order placement to receive a compliant tax invoice for input tax credit claims.

3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation or invoice does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, verify customer identity, or decline orders at our sole discretion.

• Payment Gateways: Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or net-banking credentials on our servers.

• Order Cancellation by Buyer: Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting support. Once a tracking AWB has been generated and the product handed over to the courier carrier, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return terms apply.

4. Shipping, Transit & Non-Delivery

• Shipping timelines, proof-of-delivery requirements, unboxing instructions, and transit claims are governed strictly by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Risk of loss transfers upon verified delivery to the carrier and recipient address. Refusing undamaged prepaid/COD deliveries may incur reverse logistics deductions.

5. Returns, Replacements & Warranty Disclaimers

• All return windows, RMA approvals, hardware replacement conditions, and exclusions (including accidental damage, software bugs, or broken seals) are governed by our Returns, Replacement & Non-Eligibility Policy.

• Limited Hardware Warranty: Warranty coverage applies exclusively to internal hardware components (motherboards, internal processors, and original power circuits). Battery backups for refurbished laptops are tested for baseline operational health and carry limited warranty duration as specified on individual product pages.

• Software Disclaimer: Operating systems and pre-installed utilities are provided "as is". We are not responsible for third-party driver updates, malware infections, unauthorized OS reinstalls, or data corruption. Customers are solely responsible for routinely backing up their data.

6. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

• Platform Misuse: You agree not to use our website, product listings, or services for any unlawful purpose, including scraping content, deploying malicious code, manipulating promotional coupon codes, or attempting denial-of-service disruptions.

• Intellectual Property: All content, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layouts, and copy on usedon.in are the intellectual property of Usedon or its licensors and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark regulations. Third-party brand names and logos (such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Intel, or Apple) are trademarks of their respective owners and used purely for hardware identification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Usedon, its directors, employees, and logistics affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, delay in delivery, loss of commercial data, or business downtime resulting from hardware downtime. In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by you for the specific item in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any individual agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
