2. Products, Refurbished Grading and Pricing

Refurbished Product Condition: Unless explicitly identified as "Brand New", all products listed on our platform are certified refurbished, pre-owned, or factory recertified. These products undergo multi-point hardware diagnostics and quality checks before being listed for sale. Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as light scratches or scuffs that do not affect display panels or essential functionality, may be present and shall not, by themselves, be considered product defects.

Pricing and Listing Accuracy: Product prices, specifications, component availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner and the Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number has been generated, cancellation may no longer be possible.
