Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipping: You can cancel any time before your order is shipped.
• After Shipping: If you cancel after dispatch, both-way shipping and gateway charges will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Warranty

✅ Within 14 Days

• Defective Product: Eligible for return or replacement.
• Not Defective: Covered under our Buyback Program.

Warranty Coverage

• Laptops & Desktops: 1-year warranty.
• Battery & Adapter: 6 months.
• MacBooks: 6 months.
• Not Covered: Physical, accidental, or liquid damage.

Repairs may take up to 30 days. If unresolved, we may offer a refund or replacement with 1% monthly depreciation.

Buyback Program

Return anytime during warranty with depreciation:

• Minimum 10% or 3% per month.
• Additional charges for customer-induced damage.

Return Conditions

• Product must be in original condition with packaging and accessories.
• No damage or personal data should remain on the device.
• Buyer’s remorse returns may incur deductions.
• Proper packaging is required to avoid damage during shipping.

Return Process

• Contact support before sending anything back.
• Technician may inspect the product.
• If defective, return is free. If not, deductions apply.
• Replacements ship within 24–48 hours after receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Damaged or misused products.
• Customized or personalized items.

Refund Process

• RTO (Return to Origin): Refund within 14 business days after item reaches us, minus courier charges.
• Delivered & Returned: Refund after inspection (24–48 hrs), credited in 14 business days.

Charges may apply:

• Defective: Only depreciation deducted.
• Non-defective: Restocking fee (Min 10% or 3% per month) + damage charges if any.
