Approval
& Instructions
As soon
as we receive your request, our staff will
go through
the information within 24-48 hours.
If
approved, we will send additional
instructions, including shipping information for return.
If
the request is rejected, we will send
an
email stating the reason.
Packing
& Shipping the Product
Carefully
pack the product in its
original packaging.
Make sure
all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals are included.
Select a good courier service and send the
package to the
return address given by our team.
Return shipping is
the responsibility of the customers unless the return is because of a defect or wrong item shipped.
Inspection
& Verification

on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through
bank transfer within 7-10 business days. Bank details should be
given at the time of return
request.
Replacement
& Exchange Policy
If
you got a damaged or defective
product, you are entitled to a free
replacement.

to exchange for another model, you may be asked
to pay the difference amount if any.
